| I grew up watching Denis Donoghue,
and am horrified that no one remeberd his ways.
He was the strongest, toughest most brutal competitor
in rugby league.
At Redfern one afternoon against Newtown, he walked
into the scrum with an uppercut, which he did almost
every game, but then took on all the forwards. He
'k-o' the two props and the lock-forward.
He also copped two head-butts from a Wests player
only to punch him in the face and bash him back
