St Helens legend wingman Tom Van Vollenhoven.
 Van Vollenhoven on the burst, Murphy in support
A furious Alex Murphy retaliated. Both Ramsden and Murphy were
sent off and Vollenhoven carried off.
Thus Ramsden eliminated St Helens top 2 stars and Hudds won
through to the final.
