I don't know why it has taken so long for this page to
appear in the Biff - but here it is - bon appetite.
Links to old film clips. If you know of any worthy of being included,

THE OPINION OF QUIGS ... For what it is worth - Enjoy
viewing the old clips below. They were either Sent in, found, or discovered
mainly on the YouTube website, in the Rugby League section. The Pom
ones and others are still there, still FREE, as with the intention
of the Internet- to share information for FREE to the world - and
the clips are still great to watch. But thanks to 'our' games modern
day wisemen, the all powerfull NRL and their almighty power of censorship
and their worship of the almighty corporate dollar - they have threatened
YourTube and as a result all league clips related to the NRL have
now been removed. Its a case of stuff the old supporters that want
to relive old memories and share it with the younger ones for FREE....
mongrels... no wonder the modern game sometimes pisses me off. So
if you see this message on the links - don't blame me - blame the
short sighted money hungry bastards at the NRL... The "YouTube"
message reads....

The Norths Devils won the fight and the game to shock favourites,
the Souths Magpies, in the 1980 Grand Final at Lang Park. Stars
of this brawl were Rossy Henrick, Mal
Meninga and his mate Peter Dutton and of course
the great Campbell 'Zulu' Dews. Souths winger Gary Thompson
was the poor unfortunate soul to cop the Angry Ant's (Henrick's)
flying right hook. The Devils won their first grand final since
1969 with this memorable 17-15 win. Norths were coached by Kiwi
Graham Lowe and Souths' coach was the legendary Bob McCarthy..
