VINCE KARALIUS
PLAYED FOR
CLUB/COUNTRY
(b.1932) GREAT BRITAIN Clubs: 1951-66 St. Helens, Widnes
DESCRIPTION
The big, strong, intimidating loose forward was equally adept with the ball and in defence. Karalius was the man who tamed the best Aussie packs - they were in awe of the "wild bull". He would leap into runners front-on, before smothering them onto the ground - a fate which befell many unwary halfbacks.(from Great Britain Hall of Fame)
Karalius destroyed the aussies during the Aussie Tour of 58.

Karalius was before my time and I would love to hear some stories about the wild bull. Can you help??????
