JIM MILLS

PLAYED FOR
CLUB/COUNTRY

Great Britain, Halifax, Widnes, Workington and North Sydney

DESCRIPTION

The Prop Forward/Second Rower joined Halifax in 1965 and made 38 appearances, scoring 6 tries before moving to Widnes in 1968 where he won Great Britain and Wales honours.
Mills also had a spell at Workington and opened a successful nightclub in Widnes called "Big Jims".

Jim Mills,a fiery and uncontrollable pommy forward, travelled to Australia and played for North Sydney.

I believe that at the time Mills had the distinction of being the most sent off footballer in Sydney.
