DESCRIPTION

Craig Young joined Saints in 1977, and was a member of "Baths Babes" that went on to win the comp that year.

In 1978 Young gained Australia selection. He was also a junior Roo having represented the Australian Schoolboys side. Young was named player of the tour in 1978.

Young Albert as he was known was an inspirational captain and led the Dragons to another premiership in 1979.
He played in the 1985 grand final loss and in his last year, 1988, he was captain when Saints won the mid-week Panasonic Cup.

He later went on to become Coach of St Goerge.
