hi Quigs just found this, its the old (naughton park) now halton stadium,scoreboard at Widnes rugby league club showing the 1978 score versus Australia, we are the last club side to beat the kangaroos.

Widnes pulled off a sensational first victory over Australia thanks to a try from Stuart Wright four goals from Mick burke, the match winner being a 30 yard penalty from Mick Adams four minutes from full time.Widnes opened up an early lead.but saw this wiped out soon after half time when tries from Ian Schubert and Steve keen gave Australia a 10-7 lead.but in a tremendous finish and encourage by a huge crowd,Widnes stormed home to beat the 1978 kangaroos.
